Dogs and Glass

I love dogs. That is so apparent the minute you pull up to my house and see my two lazy pit-mix dogs lying up on the deck with the biggest perpetual smiles on their adorable faces staring down at the driveway. So how do I make sure they are around perpetually, even after God takes them from me? GLASS - create their wonderful images in stained glass. So I have. In this post is Max - he was 6 months in the photo, which I turned into glass some months later. He is such a sweet dog, much more a homebody than my female dog. Enjoy!

Here I am with a blank page in front of me and my mind turns to reflection. It's been a while since I've just sat and typed - letting my mind wander to all the places it dares to go. That creative part. That dark place that seems like an abyss at times. That romantic side. That hard-lined side. All that makes me such a simple but complicated individual. Just sitting here makes me realize that I have missed the writing part of my life. Perhaps time to do something about that. Blogging.....
